Q How far are you from the airport?
A We are located under 4 miles and 10 minutes from the Portland International Jetport (PWM). Our hotel offers scheduled shuttle van service from the airport to the hotel. Estimated taxi fare is $20 from the airport.
Q Are there train and bus stations nearby?
A Train and bus transportation are conveniently accessed from our hotel via shuttle service. We are located 3 miles from the Portland Transportation Center offering Amtrak Downeaster service as well as Concord Coaches, Megabus and Greater Portland Metro Bus Lines. The Downeaster train schedule offers service to and from Boston with stops in Dover, Durham, Portland, Freeport and Brunswick. Check with Amtrak for schedules and fares. Taxis are also readily available with an estimated $10 fare to our hotel.

A You may cancel before 6 PM on the day of arrival on a standard reservation.

Q Do you allow late check outs?
A Yes, they must be requested at the front desk and depend on availability. Please inquire at the front desk on the morning of your check out day.
Q Are there restrictions?

Q What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
A You must be 21 with proper ID to rent a room.
Q Do you have special rates for AAA or seniors?
A Yes, our AARP discount varies seasonally.
Q Are pets allowed in the hotel guest rooms?
A Yes. Small dogs are allowed at the hotel, up to 40lbs. We offer the Westin Heavenly® Dog Bed to our four-legged guests - please request upon making your reservation.
Q How many people can I have in my room?
A The maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people per room.
Q Is there an extra charge for additional guests?
A Yes. While we do not charge for up to 2 people, a $20 fee will be assessed per person, per night for up to 2 additional guests in the room. The maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people per room.
Q Do you have a restaurant and a lounge?
A Yes, our full service restaurant, Congress Squared, is located on our lobby level and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Portland landmark, our Top of the East lounge overlooks Casco Bay and the city of Portland on our 14th floor. Striking views, shareable small plates, a unique wine selection and your favorite cocktails are featured here.
Q Do you have a pool?
A We do not offer a pool at our hotel. However, the Portland YMCA is located two blocks from our hotel at 70 Forest Street, and offers two pools, the beautiful Studio A classroom, a fitness facility, a gym, four recently renovated courts, 3 for squash and 1 flex court, and many other amenities. Q Do you have smoking rooms?
A No, Westin Portland Harborview offers a smoke-free environment. Guests may smoke outside in designated areas. A $250 recovery fee applies if smoking has been detected in a guest room of our facility.
Q Do you provide cribs or rollaway beds?
A Playpens can be provided on request at no additional cost. Rollaway beds are available for $30. Please make sure to request any rollaways when making your reservation.
Q Do you have on-site parking?
A Paid parking is adjacent to our hotel at a cost of $24 per day. Valet parking is available for $34 per night.
Q Do you have in-room Internet access?
A Yes, for a fee of $9.95/day.
